SHIPPING POLICY

and it is our goal to deliver our informative resources, alongside our bold, and confident apparel to you in a timely manner.

Therefore, we want you to plan your next launch party accordingly!

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. ​​

Each stage of processing will be communicated via email, with your tracking number attached once available.

The Vyne LLC ships via UPS Ground  (1-5 Business Days) and UPS Next Day Air Saver (Overnight)

Please note that shipping delays are subject to occur, and are out of our control.

Please use tracking number provided to monitor the movement of your package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS​

It is our goal to provide the highest level of knowledge to assist you in the development of your vision. It is also our goal to provide you with quality branding material and apparel that will have you rocking your vision with confidence.

The Vyne LLC will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Apparel must be returned with all original tags as well as packaging such as clothing bags. Literature material must be returned unmarked and must show no signs of usage which include but are not limited to spills, stains, and/or bended/torn pages and covers.

Due to COVID-19, The Vyne LLC will not accept returns nor exchanges

 for stationary products such as tumblers. All other stationary items such as pens, are subject for return or exchange following the above standard guidelines.
