The Vyne LLC will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Apparel must be returned with all original tags as well as packaging such as clothing bags. Literature material must be returned unmarked and must show no signs of usage which include but are not limited to spills, stains, and/or bended/torn pages and covers.

Due to COVID-19, The Vyne LLC will not accept returns nor exchanges for stationary products such as tumblers. All other stationary items such as pens,
are subject for return or exchange following the above standard guidelines.
