This service includes the filing of a business entity to gain the legal right to conduct operations in the specified state of formation. This service also includes all requirements mandated by the specified state to ensure legal conduct. 
 
Please note:  Each state requires different filing fees, to be submitted to the Secretary of State. Price listed above is solely the service fee for The Vyne LLC, and does not include additional monetary requirements of the state. Client will be responsible for all additional fees to properly file for their legal right to conduct business.
